Simply Nestled is a candle store and bar located in Medford, NJ, and we're passionate about helping you create something truly special.  Whether you're just looking to try something new or you're a candle lover, you'll leave with a scent you love and a deeper understanding of the benefits of non-toxic frangrance.

We are thrilled to host this workshop at the historic Renault Winery Resort. Nestled in the heart of Egg Harbor City, Renault offers a breathtaking atmosphere of rustic elegance and old-world charm.  Arrive early or stay after to enjoy a glass of Renault's signature champagne or a farm-to-table bite - making this the perfect "reset" day for you and your friends.

What Is It?

In this hands-on candle making experience, we bring the creativity to Renault Winery! You'll learn the art of crafting your own nontoxic soy candle in a run, relaxed and elevated setting.  We'll guide you through:

• Scent Blending: Learn how to mix and layer fragrance notes to create a custom scent you absolutely love.
• Candle Pouring Basics: Discover the step-by-step process of pouring a clean-burning soy candle from start to finish.
• Materials and Safety: Get familiar with high-quality, nontoxic ingredients and best practices for a safe and successful pour.
• Creative Expression: Personalize your candle by choosing your scent, selecting from a variety of vessels, and designing a beautiful label that makes it uniquely yours.

Meet Your Host: Simply Nestled Team

• Sara Stanley: Sara has a love for scented candles and enjoys helping each guests create something beautiful.  Trained by our owner and candle maker, Lesley, her patience and warm teaching style make every class relaxing and fun.
• Jamie Noone: Jamie has a passion for scent pairings and helping each guest discover their perfect blend.  She loves connecting with customers and creating unique fragrance combinations.  She has also trained with our owner and candle maker, Lesley.

What to Bring

• Your Creative Spirit: No prior experience is necessary!
• An Open Palate: Your ticket covers the workshop; however, we highly encourage you to purchase a glass of Renault’s signature wine to sip while you pour.
• Note: We provide aprons, but we recommend wearing "creative-friendly" clothing just in case of a stray wax drip.

What to Bring

Just your creativity and an open mind!  Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site to enjoy during the workshop.  Please note: no additional guests without a paid ticket.  This is an adult workshop experience.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change!

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 5 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours before the start time will receive a refund of 1/2 the ticket price. 
• No-shows and same day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
