This hidden beauty was found at a flea market and in need of a makeover! The bottom of the toolbox was removed and the inside was reset to be shallow storage for keys, phones, mail, etc. The box was then mounted on an old metal aquarium stand that was cleaned and repainted. The box portion was sanded and cleaned, maintaining the original paint as much as possible. It was then stained and coated with polyurethane for a smooth and durable finish.
